Owner/President
Bobby Hall is the owner and president of IMCJAX, a Jacksonville-based telecommunications company known for dependable service and strong client relationships. Since beginning his telecommunications career in 1999, Bobby has built more than 25 years of industry experience. He launched his own telecom business in 2002, and that company evolved into IMCJAX in 2007. Today, he continues to lead the organization with a focus on responsive support, practical solutions, and lasting customer partnerships.

Bobby’s commitment extends well beyond the workplace. A Jacksonville native, he remains closely connected to the community and values opportunities to support the people and organizations that make Northeast Florida a great place to live and do business.

Bobby lives in Fleming Island with his wife of over 25 years, Tracy. Together, they have raised three children—Avery, Bailey, and Cameron—and are proud grandparents to Asher and Adalyn.

Outside of work, Bobby enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and bowling. Whether he is spending time outdoors or taking on a friendly competition, he appreciates the balance these activities bring to his busy professional life.

Bobby’s experience, entrepreneurial drive, and community-minded approach continue to shape IMCJAX as the company serves clients and looks toward the future.

Tracy Hall serves as Vice President of Administration at IMCJAX, bringing more than 20 years of human resources experience to her role. Her thoughtful leadership and people-focused approach help guide the company’s administrative operations, support its team, and strengthen a workplace culture built on collaboration and service.

Beyond her work at IMCJAX, Tracy remains deeply committed to her community. She values opportunities to support local organizations, uplift others, and contribute to initiatives that make a meaningful difference for families throughout Northeast Florida.

Tracy and Bobby thoroughly enjoy being “ Lita and Pappy” to their adoring grandchildren, Asher and Adalyn.

Eric Lewis serves as Sales Manager at IMCJAX, bringing in more than 20 years of business-to-business sales and leadership experience to the team. A United States Navy veteran, Eric has held sales and management roles across industrial distribution, retail distribution, and packaging product manufacturing. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on marketing, and his ability to build strong relationships, understand operational priorities, and identify cost-conscious solutions makes him a trusted customer advocate and a valuable member of the IMCJAX team.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, to whom he has been married for nearly 30 years, their three grown children, two daughters and a son—and his granddaughter, Lilith. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and competitive bowling and cornhole.

Lori Rockwell serves as a Customer Success Advisor at IMCJAX and has been an important part of the company’s growth for over a decade. As IMCJAX’s longest tenured employee, she brings valuable institutional knowledge along with a strong professional background in banking and accounting. Lori’s experience, dedication, and long-standing commitment to the team help her provide dependable support and build lasting relationships with customers.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys life in Orange Park with her husband, Michael, to whom she has been happily married for over 15 years. She enjoys weekend thrifting & puzzling, has a passion for luxury cars, and loves spending time with her fur babies!

Corinne Bowen serves as a Customer Success Advisor at IMCJAX, where she has become a trusted resource for both customers and colleagues. Drawing on her service and administrative experience in the trucking industry, she quickly adapted her skills to the telecommunications field. Corinne’s strength in technology programming and multimedia, combined with her enthusiasm for helping others, enables her to solve challenges, share knowledge, and support the continued growth of the IMCJAX team.

Outside of work, Corinne enjoys spending time with her partner, Dustin, and their two children, Lucas and Audrey. Her dedication to family reflects the same care, energy, and dependability she brings to her professional role. With her customer-focused approach and technical expertise, Corinne continues to make a meaningful impact at IMCJAX.

Bailey Hall serves as a Customer Success Advisor at IMCJAX, where he brings a well-rounded background in retail operations, customer service, and back-office accounting. Since joining the company in 2024, he has developed his telecommunications expertise while supporting customers with attentive service and practical solutions. His attention to detail and understanding of both technical and administrative operations makes him a valuable resource for clients and colleagues alike.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, Bailey often draws meaningful connections between athletics, work, and everyday life. He is the oldest son of Bobby and Tracy Hall and the twin brother of Cameron Hall, contributing to the family-centered culture at IMCJAX.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys outdoor sports, spending time with lifelong friends, and exploring the history of his community through the local historical society and family genealogy research. His curiosity, dedication, and customer-focused approach continue to make a positive contribution to the IMCJAX team.

Avery Smithyman serves as a Customer Success Advisor at IMCJAX, bringing a decade of experience in the healthcare field to her role. After spending the past six years as a stay-at-home mother, she returns to the workplace with a strong ability to organize teams, communicate collaboratively, and approach every responsibility with dedication and a hardworking spirit. Her people-focused background and dependable approach make her a valuable resource for both customers and colleagues.

Avery brings another meaningful family connection to the IMCJAX team as the oldest of Bobby and Tracy’s 3 children. She has been married to her husband, Nick, for more than 10 years, and together they have two children, Asher and Adalyn.

Outside of work, Avery treasures time with her family and enjoys every minute they share. The care, patience, organization, and commitment she brings to family life are the same qualities she applies to supporting IMCJAX customers and contributing to the team.
